Giselle creates abstract works that transform lived experience into visual composition. Rather than depicting the visible world, each painting distills emotion, memory, movement, and atmosphere into relationships of color, gesture, proportion, and space.

Painting is approached as an act of composition rather than description. Through abstraction, experiences that resist language are given physical form—not as narratives to be explained, but as environments to be encountered.

Every work is allowed to discover its own balance. Structure does not precede the painting; it emerges from it. The resulting compositions invite prolonged viewing, revealing new relationships through time rather than immediate conclusion.

Fragments extend this practice through photography. Rather than documenting finished paintings, they reveal independent compositions discovered within them—works that exist alongside the originals while offering an entirely different way of seeing.
